Heidi ArctanderHeidi Arctander er samfunnsgeograf med spesialisering i klimatilpasning og transformasjon. Hun har bred erfaring med å utvikle og lede prosjekter som engasjerer individer, team og organisasjoner i bærekraftig endring. I cCHANGE arbeider hun særlig med cCHALLENGE, undervisningsressurser, kommunikasjon og partnerskap med skoler, kommuner og organisasjoner. Heidi er sertifisert coach i Transformative Leadership for Sustainability og har en sterk interesse for hvordan individuell og kollektiv endring kan skapes gjennom refleksjon, kunnskap og handling.
